Terms of use and cancellation of tickets

• This ticket entitles you to enter the venue of the indicated event for the indicated date and time.
• All tickets are nominal and include a unique QR Code that can only be used once, for each day of entry. (The name written on the ticket must strictly be in Latin characters)
• In case of late arrival, as long as entry is allowed at specific points of the event, the spectator is obliged to follow the instructions of the check-in and be taken to a seat other than the one he has purchased.
• Late visitors who are denied entry are not entitled to compensation or refunds.
• All available seats are for seated persons.

• Spectators are obliged to comply with the instructions of the site managers and to respect the regulations set by the President Hotel, throughout their stay at the site.
• Spectators are not allowed to bring in bottles, weapons, sharp objects and anything else that could pose a risk to the safety of the spectators. The organizers reserve the right to check the entrance for security reasons.
• It is not allowed to videotape the entire conference, only part of it.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the event.
• Tickets purchased in any way (phone - internet) are not refundable or exchangeable.
